Santoni

Santoni was founded in 1975 by Andrea Santoni, with his wife Rosa, in Corridonia, in the Marche, where its head office remains. The company began with men’s shoes and later added women’s shoes and leather goods. More than four hundred shoemakers work in Corridonia. The house is known for hand-sewn seams and for a hand-applied colour finish, called anticatura, that builds the shade in several coats. Look at the colour and the finish, which are what set the shoe apart, and ask about the sole construction.
